Todd Jick was a professor at the Harvard Business School for 10 years and a visiting professor, organizational behavior- human resource management at INSEAD & London Business School. He is today a Senior Lecturer in Discipline in Business at the Columbia Business School.

Todd Jick has been published widely. His best seller, the Boundaryless Organization, (with Ashkenas, Ulrich and Kerr) was the foundation to GE’s corporate transformation initiative « Workout ». Todd and Yves have worked together on the deployment of this concept throughout the European Business Units of General Electric in the 90s.

Todd was honored to have been selected by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation to be the facilitator of a series of Forums from 2003 to 2005 to determine the mission and program elements for the World Trade Center memorial and the 9-11 Museum at Ground Zero (New-York, USA).
