Steering the execution
means being able to develop and correct implementations in the light of events and results achieved (or not!), redesigning the strategy, making sure that the Management Team embraces decisions in order to facilitate implementation and make the business more agile.
The key word in steering is ANTICIPATION.
The need for anticipation is widely shared in organizations. The speed of markets evolution implies responsiveness on the part of companies; but the time needed for the implementation of these decisions, shorter or longer depending on the size and the complexity of the Company, penalizes responsiveness.
It is therefore necessary for organizations, to ANTICIPATE their decisions AT THE EARLIEST.
