With Rory we regularly co-facilitate and join up with management teams. Rory’s experience both as an England rugby international and as a RAF fighter pilot gives him legitimacy when he defines a “Very Highly Effective TEAM”.

His involvement complements our concept of the Discipline of Executing the Strategy because he works mainly on the collective behaviors of the management team and makes them even more effective in the strategic steering rooms.
